Straight answers
Public store collection and category pages, such as a Shopify collection URL. Scout never logs into a shop or reads pages that require an account.
You pick a cadence per watch: hourly, every 6 hours, daily, or weekly. Each watch can be paused at any time.
The first scan of a new watch is a baseline. It records what already exists on the page, so you only get emailed about products that appear after that.
The dogfood plan allows 10 watches per account. There is no paid plan yet.
